(Junior-) Projekt Controller (w/m/d)

Deine Aufgaben:
  • Du bist zuständig für die kaufmännische Betreuung des Entwicklungsbereiches sowie für die Erstellung von Budgets und Forecasts.
  • Du übernimmst das Controlling von internationalen Projekten, rund um die Entwicklung neuer Produkte.
  • Du bereitest regelmäßig Projekt-Meetings auf Managementebene vor.
  • Du bist zuständig für die Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung des Reportings im Projektcontrolling. 
  • Du kümmerst dich um den Aufbau von Wirtschaftlichkeitsrechnungen, erstellst und pflegst Arbeitskalkulationen sowie Abweichungsanalysen.
  • Du erkennst sowohl Risiken und Schwachstellen als auch Potenziale und Stärken.
  • Du übernimmst die Datenaufbereitung zur Erstellung von Berichten für Förderungen und führst die Nachkalkulationen durch.
Dein Profil:
  • Du verfügst über eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung sowie einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Controlling (idealerweise im Projektcontrolling) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation. 
  • Wenn du bereits Erfahrung mit Kosten- und Leistungsrechnung sammeln konntest ist dies von Vorteil. 
  • Du verfügst über ausgeprägte analytische Kenntnisse, hohe Systemaffinität sowie selbständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise.
  • Du hast Spaß am Umgang mit Zahlen.
  • Du besitzt fundierte Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere mit MS Excel
  • Sehr gute Deutsch und gute Englisch Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden dein Profil ab.

Your tasks:
  • You are responsible for the commercial support of the development area as well as for the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
  • You will be responsible for controlling international projects related to the development of new products.
  • You regularly prepare project meetings at management level.
  • You are responsible for the creation and further development of reporting in project controlling.
  • You take care of the development of profitability calculations, create and maintain work calculations as well as variance analyses.
  • You identify risks and weaknesses as well as potentials and strengths.
  • You take over the data preparation for the creation of reports for subsidies and carry out the post-calculations.
Your profile:
  • You have successfully completed commercial training and have relevant professional experience in controlling (ideally in project controlling) or comparable qualifications.
  • If you have already gained experience with cost and performance accounting, this is an advantage.
  • You have strong analytical skills, a high affinity for systems, and an independent and structured way of working.
  • You enjoy working with numbers.
  • You have knowledge in MS Office, especially with MS Excel.
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills complete your profile.

Who is KEYOU?

KEYOU is a successful high-tech company from the Clean Mobility sector that develops innovative hydrogen technologies, specific H2 components and combustion processes for engine and vehicle manufacturers, with the help of which conventional engines can be transformed cost-efficiently into emission-free hydrogen engines - without major modifications to the basic engine.

The new "green" combustion engine with KEYOU-inside technology means zero emissions, efficiency and economy at the same time - without compromising on performance, capacity or range. Vehicles with corresponding engines are considered zero emission vehicles according to the current EU standard. The technology is engine- and manufacturer-independent, scalable and can be used both onroad and offroad. Currently, the focus is on commercial vehicle engines.
