Deine Aufgaben:
  • Du verantwortest mehrere Motorentwicklungsprojekte und hast Kosten, Qualität und Zeit stets im Blick. Du berichtest den Projektstatus, packst die auftretenden Probleme an und sorgst für die nötige Abstimmung und Transparenz.
  • Du stellst hochwertige Projektdokumentation sicher, kümmerst dich um die Bedarfsträgerplanung; Bestellungen und auch Risikomanagement sowie Lessons Learned sind im Umfang deiner Verantwortung.
  • Du steuerst den Austausch und die Abstimmung sowohl innerhalb des KEYOU Projektteams als auch mit unseren Kunden, Entwicklungspartnern und Dienstleistern.
  • Du erstellst, koordinierst und aktualisierst die Projektpläne hinsichtlich aller Arbeitspakete, Ressourcen, Termine und Budget. Du stellst den Erfolg des Projekts sicher, indem du alle Aufgaben im Projekt stets im Blick hast, diese transparent, richtig priorisiert, eindeutig zugewiesen sind und nachgehalten werden.
  • Du verantwortest die Koordination und Durchführung von internen und externen Projektmeetings und Managementreports sowie eine zielgerichtete Kommunikation zwischen allen Beteiligten. Insbesondere sorgst du für Transparenz bezüglich des Projektfortschritts und erforderlichen Entscheidungs- oder Eskalationsbedarfs. 
  • Du stimmst dich intern eng mit dem Projekt Controlling und Business Development/ Sales Team ab und unterstützt so einen optimalen Projektverlauf, auch hinsichtlich wirtschaftlichen Erfolgs und Kundenzufriedenheit.
Dein Profil:
  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurswesen, Maschinenbau, Fahrzeugtechnik oder Motorentechnik – idealerweise mit der Spezialisierung Verbrennungsmotoren.
  • Du bringst eine mindestens 5-jährige Berufserfahrung im Automotive-Umfeld, idealerweise bei einem OEM, Tier 1-Supplier oder Engineering-Service-Anbieter mit Schwerpunkt Motorenentwicklung mit.
  • Du hast einschlägige, fundierte Erfahrung im Projektmanagement und wendest die gängigen Projektmanagement Methoden und Werkzeuge sicher an.
  • Du hast ein ausgeprägtes technisches Gesamtverständnis für Verbrennungskraftmaschinen, verstehst die Zusammenhänge und kannst dich auch schnell in technische Details einarbeiten.
  • Du hast Erfahrung in der Leitung interdisziplinärer Entwicklungsteams, verfügst über ausgeprägte soziale Kompetenz und bist sicher im Umgang mit Kunden und Partnern, auch in möglichen Konfliktsituationen.
  • Du sprichst verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und hast darüber hinaus auch sichere Englischkenntnisse.
  • Prozess- und lösungsorientiertes sowie eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten mit ausgeprägter Hands-on-Mentalität bringst du ebenfalls mit.
  • Zudem verfügst du über ein hohes Maß an Flexibilität, Engagement und Zuverlässigkeit.

Your tasks:
  • You are responsible for several engine development projects in parallel and always have an eye on costs, quality and time. You report the project status, tackle the problems that arise and ensure the necessary coordination and transparency.
  • You ensure high quality project documentation, take care of demand planning; purchase orders and also risk management and lessons learned are in the scope of your responsibility.
  • You control the exchange and coordination within the KEYOU project team as well as with our customers, development partners and service providers.
  • You create, coordinate and update the project plans regarding all work packages, resources, deadlines and budget. You ensure the success of the project by keeping track of all tasks in the project at all times, ensuring they are transparent, properly prioritized, clearly assigned and tracked.
  • You are responsible for the coordination and execution of internal and external project meetings and management reports as well as targeted communication between all parties involved. In particular, you ensure transparency regarding project progress and any necessary decisions or escalations.
  • You coordinate closely with the project controlling and business development/sales team internally and thus support optimal project progress, also with regard to economic success and customer satisfaction.
Your profile:
  • You have a degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, automotive engineering or engine technology - ideally with a specialization in combustion engines.
  • You have at least 5 years of professional experience in the automotive environment, ideally at an OEM, Tier 1 supplier or engineering service provider with a focus on engine development.
  • You have relevant, in-depth experience in project management and confidently apply common project management methods and tools.
  • You have a strong overall technical understanding of internal combustion engines, understand the interrelationships and can also quickly familiarize yourself with technical details.
  • You have experience in leading interdisciplinary development teams, have strong interpersonal skills and are confident in dealing with customers and partners, including in potential conflict situations.
  • You are business fluent in German and also have a secure knowledge of English.
  • You are process- and solution-oriented and work independently with a pronounced hands-on mentality.
  • You also have a high degree of flexibility, commitment and reliability.

Who is KEYOU?

KEYOU is a successful high-tech company from the Clean Mobility sector that develops innovative hydrogen technologies, specific H2 components and combustion processes for engine and vehicle manufacturers, with the help of which conventional engines can be transformed cost-efficiently into emission-free hydrogen engines - without major modifications to the basic engine.

The new "green" combustion engine with KEYOU-inside technology means zero emissions, efficiency and economy at the same time - without compromising on performance, capacity or range. Vehicles with corresponding engines are considered zero emission vehicles according to the current EU standard. The technology is engine- and manufacturer-independent, scalable and can be used both onroad and offroad. Currently, the focus is on commercial vehicle engines. "Sustainable Zero Emission" thus becomes reality with KEYOU.
