Deine Aufgaben:
  • Du definierst die Sicherheitsentwicklungsprozesse im Hinblick auf Funktions-, Software-, Mechanik-, Elektro-, sowie Chemie-Sicherheit und überwachst deren Einhaltung
  • Du identifizierst die Produktsicherheitsanforderungen im Speziellen von H2-Systemen und -Fahrzeugen
  • Du stellst die Einhaltung und Umsetzung der Produktsicherheitsanforderungen im Rahmen von entsprechenden Reviews sicher
  • Du berätst die Entwicklungsteams im Hinblick auf sicherheitsbezogene Fragestellungen und Risiken
  • Du führst die Produktsicherheitsbewertung des Gesamtsystems durch
  • Du unterstützt die Qualitätsabteilung bei der Durchführung von Sicherheitsaudits und Projektsicherheitsbeurteilungen
  • Du erarbeitest die sicherheitsbezogenen Dokumentationen und erstellst entsprechende Freigabeempfehlungen für das Management
Dein Profil:
  • Du bringst ein hohes Maß an persönlicher Integrität, Selbstvertrauen und Bereitschaft zur Arbeit in internationalen und interdisziplinären Teams mit
  • Du bist ein effizienter Teamplayer mit zielorientierter und selbstständiger Arbeitsweise
  • Du verfügst über ausgezeichnete analytische und strategische Denkfähigkeit sowie eine ausgeprägte Problemlösungskompetenz
  • Du bist vertraut mit der ISO26262 und beherrschst entsprechende Methoden (z.B. HARA, Sicherheitskonzepte, Risikoanalyse, Safety Case, FTA, FMEA ...)
  • Dich zeichnet ein sicheres Auftreten gegenüber Kunden, technischen Diensten und Behörden aus
  • Du bringst die Bereitschaft mit, dich auch in unbekannte Themengebiete schnell und effektiv einzuarbeiten
  • Du verfügst über fließende Deutsch- und sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Wer ist  KEYOU?

Die Technologie ist motoren- und herstellerunabhängig, skalierbar und sowohl onroad als auch offroad einsetzbar. Derzeit liegt der Fokus auf Nutzfahrzeugmotoren. „Sustainable Zero Emission“ wird mit KEYOU damit zur Realität.  
Your tasks:
  • You define the safety development processes with regard to functional, software, mechanical, electrical, and chemical safety and monitor their compliance
  • You identify the product safety requirements, in particular for H2 systems and vehicles.
  • You ensure compliance with and implementation of product safety requirements in the context of corresponding reviews
  • You advise the development teams with regard to safety-related issues and risks
  • You perform the product safety assessment of the overall system
  • You support the quality department in performing safety audits and project safety assessments
  • You develop the safety-related documentation and prepare the corresponding release recommendations for the management
Your profile:
  • You bring a high level of personal integrity, self-confidence and willingness to work in international and interdisciplinary teams
  • You are an efficient team player with a goal-oriented and independent way of working
  • You have excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills as well as strong problem solving skills
  • You are familiar with ISO26262 and master the corresponding methods (e.g. HARA, safety concepts, risk analysis, safety case, FTA, FMEA ...)
  • You have a confident appearance towards customers, technical services and authorities
  • You are willing to familiarize yourself with unfamiliar topics quickly and effectively
  • You are fluent in German and have a good command of written and spoken English.

Who is KEYOU?

KEYOU is a successful high-tech company from the Clean Mobility sector that develops innovative hydrogen technologies, specific H2 components and combustion processes for engine and vehicle manufacturers, with the help of which conventional engines can be transformed cost-efficiently into emission-free hydrogen engines - without major modifications to the basic engine.

The new "green" combustion engine with KEYOU-inside technology means zero emissions, efficiency and economy at the same time - without compromising on performance, capacity or range. Vehicles with corresponding engines are considered zero emission vehicles according to the current EU standard. The technology is engine- and manufacturer-independent, scalable and can be used both onroad and offroad. Currently, the focus is on commercial vehicle engines. "Sustainable Zero Emission" thus becomes reality with KEYOU.
