Deine Aufgaben:

Du gestaltest und entwickelst unser Qualitätsmanagement-System entsprechend den Anforderungen einer ISO 9001 und in Anlehnung an die IATF 16949 weiter.
Du entwickelst Prozesse und Prozessabläufe über die gesamte Organisation hinweg und hältst sie in der zugehörigen KEYOU Prozesslandkarte fest.
Du stellst eine professionelle Qualitätsarbeit in unseren Entwicklungsprojekten unter anderem durch Quality Gates, FMEA und Risikoanalysen und Lessons Learned sicher.
Du unterstützt Kollegen und Führungskräfte bei der Erreichung der Qualitätsmanagement-Ziele.
Du verantwortest die Qualitätsmanagement-Dokumentation einschließlich des Erstellens regelmäßiger und bedarfsorientierter Analysen und Reports.
Du bist der Hauptansprechpartner, bei unseren Lieferanten, hinsichtlich qualitätsrelevanter Themen.
Du verantwortest die Konzeption und Durchführung interner und externer Audits.

Das bringst du mit:

Du verfügst über ein einschlägiges Studium im Qualitätsmanagement, im Maschinenbau, der Elektrotechnik oder bringst eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit.
Du konntest mindestens drei jährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement oder der Qualitätssicherung, idealerweise im Automotive Sektor sammeln.
Du bringst sehr sichere Kenntnisse im Quality Management System nach ISO9001 mit.
Wünschenswert sind außerdem Kenntnisse im Quality Management System nach IATF16949, im kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozess, idealerweise nach dem PDCA-Cycle und in der Qualitätsplanung.
Zudem bist du sicher in der Methodik und im Umgang einer Design-FMEA.
Flexibilität und Teamfähigkeit sowie eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise mit ausgeprägtem Maß an Eigenverantwortung zeichnen dich aus.
Prozessorientiertes, strukturiertes und detailorientiertes Arbeiten sind selbstverständlich für dich.
Du besitzt ein hohes Maß an Problemlösungskompetenz und bringst sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten mit.
Du verfügst über verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

Your tasks:

You will design and develop our quality management system in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001 and in line with IATF 16949.
You develop processes and process flows across the entire organization and track them in the associated KEYOU process map.
You ensure professional quality work in our development projects through quality gates, FMEA and risk analyses and lessons learned, among other things.
You support colleagues and managers in achieving quality management goals.
You are responsible for quality management documentation, including the creation of regular and demand-oriented analyses and reports.
You are the main contact person for our suppliers with regard to quality-related topics.
You are responsible for the conception and implementation of internal and external audits.

Your profile:

You have a relevant degree in quality management, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or a comparable qualification.
You have at least three years of relevant professional experience in quality management or quality assurance, ideally in the automotive sector.
You have very good knowledge of the Quality Management System according to ISO9001.
Knowledge of the Quality Management System according to IATF16949, the continuous improvement process, ideally according to the PDCA cycle and quality planning is also desirable.
You are also confident in the methodology and handling of a design FMEA.
You are characterized by flexibility and the ability to work in a team as well as an independent way of working with a high degree of personal responsibility.
Process-oriented, structured and detail-oriented work is a matter of course for you.
You have a high level of problem-solving skills and very good communication skills.
You are business fluent in written and spoken German and English.

About us

Who is KEYOU?

KEYOU is a successful high-tech company from the Clean Mobility sector that develops innovative hydrogen technologies, specific H2 components and combustion processes for engine and vehicle manufacturers, with the help of which conventional engines can be transformed cost-efficiently into emission-free hydrogen engines - without major modifications to the basic engine.

The new "green" combustion engine with KEYOU-inside technology means zero emissions, efficiency and economy at the same time - without compromising on performance, capacity or range. Vehicles with corresponding engines are considered zero emission vehicles according to the current EU standard. The technology is engine- and manufacturer-independent, scalable and can be used both onroad and offroad. Currently, the focus is on commercial vehicle engines. "Sustainable Zero Emission" thus becomes reality with KEYOU.
